Two years ago we first met Josephine and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the area, including the fall of the real estate market and its impact towards Florida.

A feeling of an honest, dedicated, realtor, was very refreshing. Although we almost bought twice, our research and Josephines insight, made us hesitant to purchase due to the state of the economy. Our final decision was to re-visit next year and promised we would only search for homes with her,

Fourteen months later we contacted Josephine again and just as before she re-arranged her schedule to accommodate our schedule.

We forwarded our selections we found on the internet and Josephine broke them down and critiqued each one to fit our initial qualifications.

Finally,by fate luck, and Josephines perseverance,after two years and driving many miles to view numerous homes, it happened. During a break Josephine wanted to see if the sign had been placed in a new listing around the corner from our friends home and in the same development.

Although we were only passing by, and the home did not have a pool, Josephine said c"mon its a wonderfull home and the people living there are very nice. It was our new home. Except for the pool it was perfect and in the same community as our friends.

But of course Josephine knew we could put in our own pool,suggested a layout and of course knew

several pool people we could call. WHAT A REALTOR.

She followed through every step, keeping on top of the bank, the sellers and us. Suggested insurance companies and answered all our questions as we waited for the short sale to finally close.

I could write a book, but let me finally say. my wife and I feel fortunate to have done business with

Josephine and the best way for us to show our appreciation is to say, she is welcomed in our house anytime and we would refer anyone to her with pride and admiration.

She sold Dorothy's home in record time. We understood her market timing strategy. Like she says; if is priced right it will sell. 40 days from start to finish.. That's a record considering the market was sliding quickly. We have her business card on our refrigrator and have referred many of our friends to her. Long distance relationship that worked.
Charles and I came to Brevard county on December 31st to look for homes. Josephine took my call and drove us around and never gave up. She called us with information, financing and offers. We came several times to Brevard county put offers and backed off.. she still did not give up. She kept at us via email and v/mail until 2 months ago we said let's go back again. She was patient and persistent and we ended up buying a new house from a good builder. We want to say thank you and hope we can refer our friends from Ft Lauderdale in the future. Agent who found me first house
I was trying to look for a property and found Josephine Carpenter's website and send her an email even with my not so good English.
She called me immediately, then came to my store and I was choosing homes. It was like she read my mind. She found me financing, stood here for hours as I have customers in and out of my store. I was able to understand the American way of buying a home. She was patient to explain why there were charges. I bargained with her so much! She helped me until the end. Without Josephine we would have never bought his house
Both Gary and I think Josephine did whatever had to be done to get us into the home we are today. Almost everything went wrong until the last week. We had given up.. Her persistence paid off and we were able to close on the house and deal with our issues later..

We have already called her for more.. My son is in the process of making a decision soon.... Cindy A.

If you don’t already have a great Realtor® in Brevard County, please check out Josephine Carpenter. She works extremely quickly, knows everyone in town including FHA appraisers and inspectors, and gets top dollar quickly for your property. I never send these e-mails out but she is the real deal.
